In La Mallorquina's online shop you can make purchases from Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Sweden.

The prices in the online shop are the same as in the physical shop, except if there is a special promotion where an additional discount is applied, in any of the two channels of purchase, online or physical shop.

If an item is out of stock or we do not have stock, it will be removed from the website.

The photographs are taken in high resolution in order to reflect the maximum detail of the product. Differences can be found in those articles in which the raw material itself and its manufacturing process influence the final result, such as handmade products.

In order to make an on-line purchase you must be registered. Once you have done this step you will be able to access to buy, consult or modify the personal data provided.

The products are classified in different categories (bed/bathroom/table and kitchen/deco,...).

By clicking on the top menu, the subcategories can be broken down and the articles that make them up can be seen. There are products in which you can choose the size and colour. You can use the search engine to find the desired item, you can also search by colour or price range.

Once you have chosen the article, specified size and units, click on the "add to basket" button to add it to your order.

Steps to follow to place an order:

  • Go to the shopping basket, click on the "basket" icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen or click on the "process order" button on the page showing the product details. In the shopping basket you can delete items or change quantities.
  • Enter your personal data, billing address and delivery address, if different. You must create a user account if it is the first time you make a purchase and accept the privacy policy. Click on the "continue" button.
  • Choose the payment method
    On the confirmation screen there is the option to print the order details if you wish. You will also receive an email with the order confirmation.

Home delivery, you will be sent an e-mail confirming the shipment when the order is about to leave the warehouse, and another one with the tracking number and the link to the transport company's website.

You can track your order in the "orders placed" section of your user account. You will also be notified by email of the confirmation of departure from our warehouse.

The courier driver will try to deliver the package in a single attempt, if the customer is not at the indicated destination address, the package will be deposited at the Service Point closest to the customer's address.

We support the delivery policy of our courier service partner. Their measures contribute to more efficient driving, helping to reduce environmental pollution.

In addition, and notwithstanding the right of withdrawal within the period and according to the manner described, La Mallorquina allows the Consumer to voluntarily exchange or return the products purchased for a period of 30 days following the date of delivery.

Within said period, the Consumer may opt to return the product purchased or exchange it for another. In such cases, the Consumer shall recover the price (return) or the value (exchange) of the product but not the shipment expenses paid for the delivery of the order.

In order to exercise the aforementioned right, the product returned shall be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with the instructions and other documents enclosed, if applicable.

To this end, the Consumer shall notify La Mallorquina of his intent to return or exchange the products by sending an email

The Consumer shall bear the cost of returning or exchange the products to: “GRUPO COMERCIAL TEXTIL, S.L.”, with tax ID code B-58477902 and registered office at Pl. Universitat 7, 08007 Barcelona, unless he opts to return the products by personally going to a shop in “LA MALLORQUINA” chain, with the exception of outlets or the store in Barcelona airport.

Nevertheless, La Mallorquina benefits from a free product exchange or return service from Peninsular Spain. Accordingly, the Consumer should contact La Mallorquina by sending an email

How to request a home delivery:

To be able to request a home return, the order must be placed from the user account. If the order has been placed as a "Guest" you must contact us by email:eshop@lamallorquina.esindicating the order number, name and surname, the items to be returned and the reason for the return.
To request a return from your user account, please follow the steps below:

  • Log in
  • Go to "Your account", click on "history and details".
  • Find the order you want to return and click on "Details".
  • On this page you will see the summary of your order. In the product list, mark the items you want to return, indicating the number of units.
  • Explain the reason for the return in the section "Return of goods".
  • Click on the button: REQUEST A RETURN to formalise the procedure.

Returns are authorised and managed manually by our team. Within a maximum of 7 working days you will receive an email with the return authorisation and instructions on how to prepare the package.

A virtual Gift Card is valid only for online purchases on The virtual gift card cannot be used in physical stores.

The buyer can make the Gift Card for the amount from 10€ up to 100€.

As a buyer you can choose to get the e-mail with the V-Gift Cart or to send it directly to the recipient´ e-mail.

Each V-Gift Card of has a unique code that should be used in the payment step of online purchase.

The V-Gift Card is apt for one or more purchase, that can be completed with any other payment method. It´s suitable for multiple uses up to waste the total amount of the card. Each partial purchase will be deducted from the card balance. The new balance of the card will create a new code that will be sent to the recipient.

Validity of V-Gift Card is 1 year since the purchase date.

The return & refund of the V-Gift Card is accepted as long as it not has been used and not later than 15 days since the purchase date.

V-Gift Card cannot be purchased with payment methods “bank transfer” or “cash on delivery”.

If the amount of the V-Gift Card is bigger than the value of goods in the cart, the value of goods will be deducted from the V-Gift Card balance and remaining balance can be used in the next purchase.

Remaining balance of the V-Gift Card cannot be refunded.

A V-Gift Card cannot be paid with another V-Gift Card

V-Gift Cards may not be compatible with certain discount codes.

Validity of the V-Gift Card is 1 year since the purchase date. Once expired the V-Gift Card cannot be renewed, used in online purchases or claimed total/partial refund of the balance.

La Mallorquina disclaims any responsibility for no reception of the V-Gift Card by the recipient for reasons beyond its control such as failures or collapse of the connection lines, the inaccuracy of the data of the recipient provided by the buyer of the V-Gift Card or the consideration of the email sent by La Mallorquina as spam or junk mail.

Return of the V-Gift Card

The return of the V-Gift Card is accepted as long as it not has been used and not later than 15 days since the purchase date.

The refund of the V-Gift Card´ amount will be done with the same payment method as this card has been purchased.

In a case of the return of goods purchased with a V-Gift Card, goods value will be refunded in the balance of V-Gift card used in this purchase.

Remaining balance of the V-Gift Card cannot be refunded.
